We recommend giving us as much notice as possible for catering orders, with a minimum of 12 hours required, as delivery services and available time slots at each of our locations are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

You can place a catering order up to 2 weeks in advance.

Catering Cancellation Policy: Catering orders that are canceled with less than a three-hour notice is expected to pay 50% of their order total. This applies to any catering order that exceeds $150 total. This will be charged on the Guest's credit card that is given when the order is taken. Weddings and Special events can be cancelled up to 14 days prior to event date, 13 days or less result in forfeiture of any deposits paid.

Plates, cutlery kits, and serving utensils are provided for all orders that contain entrees, based off of the quantity ordered.

Yes - all orders delivered by our in-house drivers allow for assisted set up if requested and guest is responsive on delivery date/time.

You can edit orders placed with a catering representative over the phone by calling 855-MYPIADA. For orders placed online, you must be a rewards member and order through your account to enable being able to edit orders with a minimum three-hour lead time.

You can cancel orders placed with a catering representative over the phone by calling 855-MYPIADA. For orders placed online, you must contact the store the order was placed with. Cancelation within 3 hours of delivery does result in a 50% late cancelation fee charge.

Deposits are required for full-service orders and events, as well as orders over $5000.
