Piada Launches New Spinach Artichoke Piada Stick
April 10, 2026
Piada Italian Street Food, the nation’s leading fast-casual Italian restaurant concept, announced the launch of a brand-new flavor in the Piada Stick lineup: Spinach Artichoke. A fan-favorite side since day one, Piada Sticks complement Piada’s salads and pastas, and the brand is excited to add this new flavor to the mix.
The Spinach Artichoke Piada Stick features hand-rolled Piada dough, baked to perfection, and stuffed with a savory combination of chopped spinach, artichokes, and melty mozzarella cheese. The Spinach Artichoke Stick joins two other flavors, the Parmesan Stick and the Pepperoni Stick. All sticks are served with a choice of creamy parmesan, spicy ranch or marinara to dip.
“We are always looking for innovative ways to bring new flavors to our guests, and the Spinach Artichoke Piada Stick is a perfect example of that commitment,” said Matt Harding, Chief Innovation Officer at Piada Italian Street Food. “This flavor not only offers a delicious twist on our classic Piada Sticks, but it also reflects our dedication to bringing fresh, quality ingredients to our customers.”
To celebrate the launch, Piada is partnering with Pelotonia, an Ohio-based nonprofit dedicated to ending cancer. Throughout the month of April, $1 from every Spinach Artichoke Piada Stick sold will be donated to Pelotonia, supporting innovative cancer research.
“Pelotonia is incredibly grateful for Piada Italian Street Food’s generosity and commitment to ending cancer,” said Joe Apgar, CEO of Pelotonia. “Every dollar raised through the Spinach Artichoke Piada Stick helps fund innovative cancer research that gives patients and families hope, and this community-driven support is exactly what Pelotonia stands for.”
Additionally, customers who order the new Spinach Artichoke Piada Stick during the month of April will receive an exclusive Pelotonia x Piada badge, available online, in the app, or in-store with their Rewards account.
