Pasta is at the heart of what we do, so when something new hits the menu, it has to feel special. That’s why we’re excited to introduce Burrata Marinara — our first limited-time pasta entrée in five years, and our first-ever menu feature with burrata.

Available February 17 through June, Burrata Marinara is all about elevating the classics you already love. It starts with our house-made marinara, slow-simmered with roasted cherry tomatoes for deep, rich flavor. Then comes the star of the show: a full, creamy burrata ball, finished with basil pesto and cracked black pepper.

The burrata we’re using is crafted by BelGioioso Cheese, a family-owned producer of Italian cheeses proudly based in Wisconsin. It’s the kind of ingredient you usually find on appetizer menus at full-service restaurants — and we wanted to bring that experience straight into your pasta bowl.

When you break into the burrata and swirl it through the marinara, something magical happens. The sauce turns into a creamy, blush-pink moment, coating every bite with richness, brightness from roasted tomato, and fresh basil flavor. It’s meant to be mixed, stirred, and savored.
